Deep Tissue Massage: 

Targets specific areas of the body to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue, or fascia.

Circulatory Massage:

stimulates the circulatory system and speeds recovery by increasing blood flow, creating a state of constancy and balance in the body.

Facilitated Stretching:

therapist-assisted stretching that involves active motion and isometric work to enhance flexibility and range of motion.

Joint Mobilization & Oscillation:

The movement of skeletal joints in order to restore joint play that may have been lost due to injury, overexertion, or intensive training.

Structural Integration:

A detailed massage technique focused on the realignment of the body by altering the tone and length of connective tissues, or fascia.

Thai Massage:

A combination of stretching, dynamic postures and deep massage to move energy, or Qi, throughout the body.
